Our Process

Whether creating a new site or a redesigning your existing site, we follow a set process shown below.

How does the process work?
At the beginning of our development phase, we will outline what our process stages are and how we will progress. Take a minute to walk through our process - planning, concept, development, launch, marketing and maintenance. This will guarantee your satisfaction with the project.

Planning
We start first with your goals, expectations, and your marketing strategy. We will look for ways that your website will make your work easier. We will also plan who will be updating the site once it is launched, making sure the proper tools will be included in your site.

Concept
We will outline the concept, which includes content, design, navigation, and programming of your site. The concept of the site will achieve the goals and expectations from the planning stage, showing the overall look and feel of the site. Once the concept has been approved by you, we move onto the development of the site.

Development
During the development stage, programming is built along with graphics and information from the concept stage. As we create a site template and/or pages, and we will submit them to you for review and approval. Once all programming has been completed, we run through our check system, testing links, forms and other elements, along with appearance, content and navigation. You will view the entire site on a private system before the launch, and make final changes.

Launch
With your final approval, the site will be launched. You may choose to wait to launch the site along with a marketing campaign, or you might want to make it live to check the site with your coworkers and others to be certain nothing has been left out.

Marketing
Every website should be part of a marketing plan. We can help you by making your site visible to search engines by creating metatags and submitting the site to search engines. We recommend analysis of keywords for higher search engine placement, and you might want the option of pay-for-placement ads on search engines that can increase your website traffic. We also offer banner ad creation for placement in targeted banner systems.

Maintenance
Depending on your decision in the planning stage, we will provide you with the browser-interface tools needed to maintain your site. If you choose to contract us monthly to make updates to your site, we will provide new content to keep your site current.

What's my role?
Your role will be as a team leader for your business. You will provide all necessary information and graphics (such as company logos and important photos). You will approve all steps in the process.
