Abuse Policy

Our one abuse policy pertains to the use of unsolicited email commonly referred to as "spam". This policy that we have chosen to enforce is for the protection of the community that resides on our server. We will terminate immediately, any account involved in spam through the use of or reference to an account or website on any Waztech server.

The customer will be held legally responsible for the damages to Waztech, both monetary and in reputation per our service agreement. The use of any other service to make such a mailing or posting, with any reference to Waztech's services (including but not limited to mailboxes, autoresponders, and Web pages), shall also be grounds for account termination as described above immediately and without warning.

This policy is for the sole purpose of protecting not only the company but our customers and their Internet Presence.

If you need to report an act of abuse, please send mail to abuse@waztech.com. Include in the message all headers and the complete body of the message.
